This Privacy Policy describes how Oneida Research Services, Inc.  (“ORS”), a wholly owned subsidiary of ORS Labs, Inc., and its affiliates and subsidiaries collects and uses the personal information you provide on the www.orslabs.com (the “Site”). What About Tracking Technologies?
Oneida Research Services, Inc. and our partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Oneida Research Services, Inc. will respond to your request to access this Site no later than 30 days from the date on which ORS receives your request.

How long does Oneida Research Services Retain Your Data?

Oneida Research Services, Inc. retains all User information for as long the User’s account is active or as needed to provide services to the User. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please notify us via email at announcements@orslabs.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

What Choices Do I Have?

Are Children Allowed to Use the Site?
